Plt.Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin,SH di wakili Sekdakab Langkat Amril,S.Sos,MAP hadiri Focus Group Discusion (FGD) Pengelolaan Kebudayaan, Perlindungan, Pengembangan, dan Pemanfaatan Objek Pemajuan Kebudayaan, bertempat di Ruang Pola Bawah Kantor Bupati, Jum’at 7 Juli 2023.
Sekda Amril S.Sos, M.AP menyampaikan kabupaten langkat banyak memiliki ragam kebudayaan dan adat istiadat lebih kurang terdapat 14 suku budaya yang mendiami bumi Langkat tercinta yang selama ini. Semuanya hidup berdampingan dan berkembang seiring dengan berjalannya waktu serta perubahan perkembangan zaman.
“Dalam menyikapi hal tersebut harus kita sadari bahwa sebagian adat budaya bisa saja hilang terkikis oleh perubahan perkembangan zaman seperti modernisasi, globalisasi budaya asing serta pengaruh teknologi,” ujarnya.
“Maka dari itu kita sebagai penerus bangsa sudah selayaknya melakukan upaya-upaya untuk menjaga nilai-nilai budaya kita yang salah satu upayanya adalah dengan penyusunan peraturan daerah kebudayaan di kabupaten Langkat yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kepastian hukum terhadap kebudayaan kita,” tambahnya.
Salah satu dasar dari penyusunan peraturan daerah kebudayaan, terang Amril, tertuang dalam undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 tahun 2017 tentang pemajuan kebudayaan bahwa negara memajukan Kebudayaan Nasional Indonesia di tengah peradaban dunia dan menjadikan Kebudayaan sebagai investasi untuk membangun masa depan dan peradaban bangsa demi terwujudnya tujuan nasional sebagaimana diamanatkan oleh undang-undang dasar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
“Saya harap diadakannya FGD ini untuk mendapatkan saran dan masukan dari unsur etnis yang ada di Kabupaten Langkat demi tersusunnya naskah akademik sebagai salah satu syarat dalam pembuatan peraturan daerah kebudayaan,” harapnya.
Turut Hadir Anggota DPRD Langkat/wakil Ketua BAPEMPERDA Asmalia, S.Ag, Asisten Asisten Adm Ekbangsos H.Sukhyar Mulyamin, S.Sos, M.Si.,Tenaga ahli perencanaan penyusunan draf ranperda kebudayaan Dr.Rita Margaretha Setianingsih,M.Hum, Ir.Sutiknar dan Taufiq Hifayat, S.Pd,M.Si, CPPS,C.Ed, Kadis Parbud Hj. Nur Elly Heriani Rambe, MM.
Juga hadir Kabiro Hukum Provinsi Sumatera Utara di wakili Yunan tanjung, Kadis Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera utara di wakili Martina, Syarikat, dan Ketua 14 etnis yang ada di Langkat.(dum)
