Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Sumatera Utara melakukan pendampingan terhadap pelayanan publik kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat pada Rabu (17/4/2034). Pj Bupati Langkat H. M. Faisal Hasrimy, AP., M.AP harap lewat pendampingan ini Kabupaten Langkat menjadi terbaik di Sumut dan masuk kategori Nasional.
” Target saya di tahun 2024 ini tidak main main, Langkat harus menjadi terbaik se Sumatera Utara dan masuk ke Nasional” kata Hasrimy.
Pendampingan ini dilaksanakan oleh Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Sumut dengan melakukan pra evaluasi ke beberapa titik pelayanan publik, diantaranya beberapa Puskesmas di Kabupaten Langkat, Dinas Sosial, Dinas Catatan Sipil dan beberapa penyedia pelayanan publik lainnya.
Dalam hasil pra evaluasi tersebut PJS Ombusman RI perwakilan Sumut James Marihot Pangabean menjelaskan banyak yang perlu di benahi untuk mendapatkan predikat nasional.
” Sejauh ini sudah baik, tetapi target Kabupaten Langkat itu Nasional sehingga harus lebih maksimal lagi dalam memberikan pelayanan publik” tegas PJS Ombusman Sumut tersebut.
Pj Bupati Langkat terus mendorong kepada para Kepala OPD nya untuk cepat bergerak atas koreksi yang diberikan Ombudsman RI tersebut untuk menuju Kabupaten Langkat mendapatkan Kategori Nasional.
” Saya tekankan koreksi atas penilaian yang diberikan secepatnya ditindak, saya akan terus mendorong supaya lebih semangat dalam memberikan pelayanan dan konsistensi dalam hal tersebut” tegasnya.(yong)
