Pj Bupati Langkat H.M.Faisal Hasrimy AP M.AP dalam sambutanya menyampaikan bahwa atas nama keluarga dan pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat menyampaikan “Taqaballahu Minna waminkum Selamat hari raya idul Fitri 1445 Hijriyah minal aidin wal faizin mohon maaf lahir dan batin” semoga kita bisa senantiasa memperkuat tali silaturahmi,”ucapanya”
Bahwa penyampaian rekomendasi DPRD terhadap lkpj Bupati merupakan amanat peraturan perundang-undangan yaitu PP nomor 13 tahun 2019 tentang laporan dan evaluasi penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah
Di mana lkpj merupakan laporan yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah daerah kepada dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah yang secara teknis diatur dalam peraturan Menteri Dalam negeri Nomor 18 tahun 2020 yang memuat hasil penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan yang menyangkut, pertanggungjawaban kinerja yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah selama 1 tahun anggaran.
Patut kita syukuri bersama dan penghargaan yang setinggi-tingginya kepada semua pihak yang telah berpartisipasi memberikan kontribusi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Juga kepada segenap anggota dewan yang terhormat tentunya
Terima kasih kami ucapkan atas catatan dan rekomendasi strategis, yang berisikan saran masukan dan atau koreksi terhadap penyelenggaraan urusan desentralisasi tugas pembantuan dan tugas umum pemerintahan selama tahun anggaran 2023. Kiranya keputusan ini dalam rangka perbaikan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah ke depan.
Hasil-hasil pencapaian kinerja program dan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2023 merupakan realisasi dari Seluruh aktivitas pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat,bersama DPRD berdasarkan rencana kerja pembangunan selama kurun waktu 1 Tahun anggaran.
Oleh karenanya mari kita perkuat komitmen pembangunan melalui pelaksanaan rencana kerja pemerintah daerah tahun 2024, serta penyiapan rencana kerja pemerintah daerah yang semakin partisipatif dan adaptif terhadap aspirasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat.
Pada kesempatan yang baik ini ucapan terima kasih tak lupa juga kami sampaikan kepada seluruh stakeholder pembangunan segenap Pimpinan dan anggota dewan yang terhormat dan jajaran perangkat daerah di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat, termasuk masyarakat Kabupaten Langkat secara keseluruhan serta pihak swasta yang telah memberikan dukungan dan bekerja keras, bahu membahu dalam pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan pembangunan maupun kemasyarakatan di tahun 2023 yang lalu.(yg/ril).
