Gubernur Sumatera Utara H.Edy Rahmayadi dan Plt.Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin melaksanakan Silaturahmi bersama Forkopimda dengan masyarakat Kabupaten Langkat bertempat di Jentera Malay Rumah dinas Bupati Langkat, Selasa 18 Juli 2023.
Plt.Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin, SH mengatakan pihaknya merasa berbesar hati atas kehadiran Gubernur, semoga kebersamaan dalam silaturrahmi ini akan terus semakin menguat.
Silaturrahmi menjadi salah satu bagian penting yang harus kita biasakan sehingga dengan pertemuan ini akan didapat informasi sekaligus saling bertukar pikiran atau saling memberikan masukan.
“Harapan saya silaturrahmi yang dilakukan hari ini dapat terus kita rawat dan jaga bagi kebaikan kita bersama dalam menyikapi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi untuk dapat mengantisipasi dan mencari jalan keluarnya berbekal informasi dan masukan yang kita dapatkan,” ujarnya.
“Kiranya tetap kami harapkan dukungan dari bapak ibu seluruhnya para tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemuda, serta seluruh elemen masyarakat terkhusus bagi masyarakat kabupaten Langkat,” tambahnya.
Selanjutnya, Afandin dikesempatan ini atas nama seluruh masyarakat menyampaikan terima kasih atas diberikannya bantuan terhadap beberapa kegiatan yang di laksanakan masing masing perangkat daerah provinsi yang antara lain sebagai berikut :
Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral provinsi sumatera utara berupa :
Pemberian bantuan sambungan listrik bagi masyarakat miskin sebanyak 250 kk yang tersebar pada 9 kecamatan di kabupaten Langkat.
Peresmian pompa air plts untuk pertanian di desa gunung tinggi kecamatan sirapit
Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan provinsi sumatera utara yaitu :
Pemberian asuransi jiwa bagi para nelayan di kabupaten langkat sebanyak 575 orang
Badan Kesbangpol provinsi sumatera utara, Pemberian bantuan sembako sebanyak 800 paket.
“Sekali lagi atas perhatian dan bantuan yang di berikan saya ucapkan banyak terima kasih dan semoga silaturrahmi ini akan menjadi dasar kita semua untuk terus berdiri bersama,” ucapnya.
Bimbingan dan arahan Gubernur Sumatera Utara H.Edy Rahmayadi bahwa Banyak orang Kab. Langkat telah berangkat ke Luar Negeri salah satunya menunaikan Ibadah Haji ke Mekkah dan Kab. Langkat sangat identik dengan Agama Islam.
Piramida Penduduk Indonesia Tahun 2020 bahwa jumlah Perempuan lebih banyak dari jumlah Laki – laki , Pre Boomer Usia 76 Tahun lebih banyak Perempuan daripada Laki-laki. Generasi X Usia 61 Tahun – 75 Tahun masih stabil , Generasi Milenial Usia 31 Tahun – 45 Tahun masih stabil, Generasi Z Usia 18 Tahun – 40 Tahun masih stabil, Post Generasi Z Usia 15 Tahun masih stabil.
Maka Pelayanan Posyandu dan KB digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menekan lonjakan jumlah penduduk di Kab. Langkat dan ada juga Plus Minus dan Kab. Langkat merupakan wilayah yang kaya raya karena sebagai penghasil minyak mentah pada Zaman Belanda.
Perkiraan uang yang beredar di Prov. Sumut sebagai penggerak perekonomian terdiri dari Kredit Rp. 248 Triliun, Investasi Rp. 41 Triliun, APBD Rp. 60 Triliun, Konsumsi Masyarakat Rp. 205 Triliun dengan Total Rp. 552 Triliun.
“APBD berfungsi sebagai Stimulus perekonomian daerah untuk menggerakkan perekonomian selain gaji Pegawai juga ada belanja program Sektor Rill sepertik Sektor Pertanian, UMKM, Industri dan Belanja Modal Infrastruktur APBD juga di gunakan untuk memberikan Belanja Sosial (BLT) yang akan meningkatkan konsumsi masyarakat,” jelasnya.
