Tak kunjung diperbaiki selama bertahun tahun, Jembatan Namu Ukur yang berada di Kecamatan Sei Bingai, Kabupaten Langkat, memakan korban.
Diketahui Anggi Puspa Sari (40) Warga Kampung Kolam, Desa Mekar Jaya, Kecamatan Sei Bingai tersebut, mengalami luka yang cukup serius usai Sepeda Motor jenis Honda Beat, nopol BK 2179 AGG, yang dikendarai oleh korban, terperosok kedalam lubang yang menganga di Jembatan tersebut.
Akibatnya, korban mengalami parah rahang bagian bawah, tangan kiri terkilir, hidung mengeluarkan darah dan luka gores dibagian wajah karena terperosok kedalam lubang yang menganga di Jembatan tersebut.
Menurut Kapolsek Sei Bingai AKP Japaris Perangin Angin, kejadian tersebut berawal saat korban beserta 2 orang anaknya, melintas di Jembatan yang sudah mengalami kerusakan parah.
Personil polisi dari Polsek Sei Bingai yang saat itu sedang mengatur lalulintas di Jembatan tersebut, sudah mencoba mengarahkan korban dari arah yang benar.
Namun korban malah memaksakan diri melintas dari jalan yang berlubang hingga akhirnya terperosok.
“Untuk korban ada 2 orang. Selain ibunya, seorang anaknya juga berinisial AP (9) juga mengalami luka ringan,” ungkap Kapolsek Sei Bingai AKP Japaris Perangin – Angin.
Perwira Pertama Polisi ini juga mengakui, ia bersama personil Polsek Sei Bingai, bersama personil Koramil dan masyarakat sekitar, langsung turun ke lokasi dan ikut meevakuasi korban dari dalam Sungai akibat terperosok.
“Tadi kedua korban kami evakuasi dari sungai dan kami bawa ke Puskesmas Namu Ukur. Namun dari Puskesmas tersebut, korban selanjutnya dibawa RSUD Djoelham Binjai, untuk mendapatkan perawatan medis,” bebernya.
Sedangkan satu orang lagi, yaitu anak korban yang selamat dan tidak jatuh ke dasar Sungai, ujar Kapolsek Sei Bingai, sudah dijemput oleh pihak keluarganya.
Rusaknya jembatan Namu Ukur menurut warga sekitar, sudah terjadi selama bertahun tahun.
Tak jarang warga yang melintas di Jembatan itu mengalami luka karena terjatuh akibat kerusakan di Jembatan itu.
Warga pun menuntut agar Pemerintah Daerah segera memperbaiki Jembatan yang menjadi urat nadi bagi warga tersebut. (Yg/tra)
