Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin, SH memimpin rapat Forum kordinasi pimpinan daerah terkait permasalahan aktual di kabupaten Langkat, bertempat Rumah Dinas Bupati Langkat, Senin 10 Juli 2023.
Sekdakab Langkat Amril,S.Sos,M.AP membuka rapat Forum Kordinasi Pimpinan Daerah. Ia menyampaikan kegiatan ini di laksanakan dengan berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Langkat no 10 tahun 2023 tentang Forum Kordinasi Pimpinan Daerah dan Forum Kordinasi Pimpinan Kecamatan.
Dimana dalam Forum ini dihadiri :
-Plt.Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin,SH sebagai Ketua Forum.
-Kepala Sekretariat Amril,S.Sos,M.AP
-Ketua DPRD sebagai anggota
-Dandim 0203/LKT sebagai anggota
-Kapolres Langkat sebagai anggota
-Kajari Langkat sebagai anggota
-Ketua PN Kelas I B sebagai anggota
Plt.Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin,SH menyampaikan ucapan terimakasih atas waktunya kepada forkopimda untuk melaksanakan rapat kordinasi ini.
“Kita semua yang merupakan Forkopimda agar bersama-sama untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di kabupaten Langkat, dan mempunyai rasa tanggung jawab bersama, sehingga permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul muncul menjadi tanggung jawab kita bersama. Saya juga berharap rapat kordinasi Forum Kordinasi Pimpinan Daerah yang kita laksanakan setiap satu bulan sekali dan tidak di tetapkan tempatnya dan waktunya, kita sesuaikan nantinya,” ujarnya.
“Dan saya juga nantinya kita sama-sama melakukan studi banding ke daerah lain untuk menjadi perbandingan dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang ada, dan secepatnya kita akan keluarkan SK Forum Kordinasi Pimpinan Daerah,” tambahnya.
Selanjutnya Afandin memaparkan mengenai kondisi saat ini akan bahas dalam rapat kordinasi di antaranya:
1.Bentrokan antara OKP yang terjadi di Kecamatan Kuala. “Ini menjadi tanggung jawab kita bersama untuk meredamkannya,” sebutnya.
2.Jembatan yang merupakan akses utama dan tidak layak dilintasi di Kecamatan Sei Bingai yang sudah memakan korban, dimana perbaikan jembatan tersebut kurang lebih akan membutuhkan Rp25 sampai Rp30 Milyar.
3.Maraknya Begal yang menimbulkan tingkat Kriminal di Kota Stabat. “Ini juga menjadi tanggung jawab bersama tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pak Kapolres Langkat saja,” ujarnya.
4.Cuaca Ekstrim yang melanda kabupaten Langkat. “Kita tidak bisa mencegahnya namun kita dapat membantu meringankan para korban akibat yang di timbulkan cuaca ekstrim tersebut, dengan cara kita bersama-sama terjun kelapangan untuk berbagi dengan korban,” sebutnya.
