Penyerahan berkas korupsi Program Peremajaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) yang ditangani Unit Tipidkor Sat Reskrim Polres Langkat diserahkan langsung Kasat Reskrim Polres Langkat AKP Luis Beltran Krisnandhita Marissing, STK SIK MH yang diterima Jaksa Penuntut Umum Dika Permana Ginting, SH, Mhd Syahdan Nasution dan Esra Meilani Sinaga, SH.

” Hari ini kita melaksanakan pengiriman tersangka dan barang bukti (tahap II) ke Kejaksaan Negeri Langkat atas nama tersangka Sun, SUG alias OG,

ISG, AO dan DH dalam perkara Tindak Pidana Korupsi Program Peremajaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) yang ditangani oleh Unit Tipidkor Sat Reskrim Polres Langkat,” ujar Kapolres Langkat, AKBP Faisal Rahmat Husein Simatupang SIK SH MH melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Langkat AKP Luis Beltran Krisnandhita Marissing STK MH.

Dijelaskannya, pelaksanaan penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti tersebut, setelah pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Langkat menyatakan berkas perkara masing-masing tersangka telah lengkap (P21)

” Setelah Kejaksaan Negeri Langkat menyatakan berkas perkara masing-masing tersangka telah lengkap, maka hari ini penyidik Unit Tipidkor menyerahkan 5 orang tersangka tindak pidana korupsi Program Peremajaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit (PPKS),” ungkap AKP Luis.

Selain itu, sambung Kasat Reskrim, juga diserahkan barang bukti yakni uang sebesar Rp 15.947.764.000 yang ditransfer ke rekening RPL 123 PDT Kejaksaaan Negeri Langkat

Satu unit mobil Honda HRV BK 1993 AI, dokumen rekening PT. Tosa Sakti Sejahtera dan UD. Anak Singuda, cek Giro penarikan uang dari rekening PT. Tosa Sakti Sejahtera dan UD. Anak Singuda.
