Beredarnya berita tentang pelantikan pejabat eselon II di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat yang dilaksanakan pada (1/4/2024) lalu oleh PJ Bupati Langkat H. M. Faisal Hasrimy, AP., M.AP tidak sesuai aturan, langsung dijawab Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat melalui Kepala dinas (Kadis) Kominfo.
Pelantikan berlandaskan Surat Menteri Dalam Negeri, ” Kata Wahyudiharto Kadis Kominfo pada pertemuannya Minggu (7/4/2024) sore, ia menjelaskan bahwasanya pelantikan ini sesuai Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2023 tentang penjabat gubernur
Penjabat bupati dan penjabat walikota pasal 15 ayat 3 yang menjelaskan penjabat Bupati boleh melakukan mutasi ASN setelah mendapatkan persetujuan tertulis dari Menteri yang dalam hal ini Menteri Dalam Negeri
Yang mana surat persetujuan tersebut sudah dikeluarkan oleh Kemendagri dan telah diterima oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat dengan Nomor : 100.2.2.6/965/SJ. tanggal 21 Februari 2024. Perihal : Persetujuan Pengangkatan dan Pelantikan Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Langkat.
“Jadi jelas bahwa pelantikan ini telah sesuai dengan prosedur dan telah mendapatkan persetujuan yang ditandatangani langsung oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri Muhammad Tito Karnavian” tegas Kadis Kominfo Langkat tersebut.(yg)
