Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin,SH menerima kunjungan Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara Bapak Drs. Baskami Ginting, bertempat rumah dinas Bupati Langkat, Selasa 1 Agustus 2023.
Kedatangan Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan bentuk silaturahmi kepada kepala daerah Kabupaten Langkat yakni Bapak Syah Afandin, SH.
Dalam kesempatan ini Drs. Baskami Ginting juga berbincang mengenai perkembangan tempat-tempat wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Langkat serta meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung.
“Ada beberapa lokasi wisata yang ada di Kabupaten langkat bahkan sudah di kenal sampai manca negara yakni Bukit Lawang yang berada di Kecamatan Bahorok dan Tangkahan di Kecamatan Batang Serangan,” sebut Baskami Ginting.
Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin,SH menyampaikan ucapan selamat datang dan terima kasih kepada bapak Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara Drs. Baskami Ginting yang telah berkunjung di Kabupaten Langkat tanah bertuah yang kami cintai ini.
Lokasi wisata di Langkat ini harus dikembangkan serta meningkatkan daya tarik bagi para pengunjung, mengenai wisata ini juga merupakan Visi dan Misi pemerintah kabupaten Langkat diantaranya:
Visi :
“MENJADIKAN LANGKAT YANG MAJU, SEJAHTERA, DAN RELIGIUS, MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA DAN INFRASTRUKTUR YANG BERKELANJUTAN”
Misi yang tertuang di poin ke 3 :
1.MEWUJUDKAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT UNTUK PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN DAN PENGENTASAN PERMASALAHAN SOSIAL.
2.ENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN KEBUTUHAN DASAR UNTUK PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA.
3.ENINGKATKAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DENGAN PRIORITAS PENGEMBANGAN PADA SEKTOR PARIWISATA.
4.ENINGKATKAN KINERJA INFRASTRUKTUR DAN TATA RUANG BERKELANJUTAN.
5.ENCIPTAKAN REFORMASI BIROKRASI DALAM MENDUKUNG PENYELENGGARAAN SISTEM TATA KELOLA PEMERINTAHAN YANG BAIK DAN BERSIH.
