Konser group band Coldplay yang rencananya akan digelar pada November 2023 mendatang, terus menuai pro dan kontra dari masyarakat.
Sebab, hal itu mendekati jadwal Pemilu yang akan digelar pada Februari 2024 mendatang.
Polemik tersebut tidak hanya terjadi ditingkat Pusat, namun terjadi hingga di tingkat Daerah juga.
Adalah, Khairil Anwar S.Pdi, yang menjabat sebagai Ketua DPD Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) Kota Binjai, yang dengan tegas menolak rencana manggung group band Coldplay di tanah air.
“Kita ketahui bersama bahwa group band asal Inggris Coldplay adalah salah satu group band yang mendukung LGBT, artinya ini sangat berbahaya dan berdampak buruk kepada masyarakat yang berkecenderungan kepada LGBT, ungkap Hairil Anwar, saat dikonfirmasi awak media, Senin (22/5) sore.
Politisi PKS yang saat ini juga Legislator di DPRD Kota Binjai ini juga menilai, dengan adanya rencana kedatangan Coldplay untuk manggung di tanah air, memunculkan opini seolah olah menguatkan komunitas LGBT yang ada di Indonesia.
Pun begitu, bila alasan Pemerintah mendukung kedatangan Coldplay ke Indonesia bahwa ini akan berdampak positif pada ekonomi Indonesia, Hairil Anwar berharap ada titik temu perbedaan yang bisa menjadi solusi.
“Misalnya dibolehkannya datang group coldplay dengan catatan yang bisa di sepakati agar tidak terjadi seolah ada gerakan dukungan kelompok LGBT di Indonesia.
Tidak hanya itu, konser tersebut juga harus di jaga karena ini sangat berbahaya bagi masyarakat kita yang memiliki kecenderungan mendukung LGBT,” demikian ungkap Hairil Anwar.
Diketahui, polemik konser band Coldplay terus berdatangan dari sejumlah kelompok masyarakat.
Salah satunya dari Ketua Umum Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) Muhaimin Iskandar, yang mengaku mendukung penuh kedatangan bad Coldplay yang akan manggung ditanah air.
Bahkan, pria yang akrab disapa Cak Imin ini berjanji siap menjaga dan mensukseskannya.
Dirinya juga menyebutkan tidak ada unsur gangguan jelang perhelatan Pemilu 2024 mendatang.
Apalagi menurutnya, keberlangsungan konser tidak akan berujung gangguan tahapan pesta demokrasi lima tahunan ini.
“No problem, tidak ada masalah karena kita punya pengalaman pemilu yang smooth. Semua lancar lancar saja,” tuturnya.
Bahkan Cak Imin akan menggelar konser yang sama dan gratis bila dirinya terpilih menjadi Presiden RI.
Sementara itu, Presidium Alumni 212 (PA 212) menolak dengan keras kehadiran group band Coldplay manggung di tanah air karena band asal Inggris ini dinilai sebagai pendukung gerakan Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual, dan Transgender (LGBT).
Selaras, Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) juga dengan lantang menolak kehadiran Coldplay untuk manggung di tanah air. Hal tersebut ditegaskan Wakil Ketua Umum MUI, Anwar Abbas.
Dirinya meminta kepada Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, agar tidak melanjutkan rencananya mendatangkan group band asal Inggris tersebut karena dinilai bertentangan dengan Pancasila dan UUD 1945, terutama Pasal 29 ayat 1.
Selain itu, kedatangan Coldplay akan merusak akhlak dan moralitas anak anak bangsa. (tra)
